Best car HPI check?

Morning everyone, on the brink of a buying a new to me second hand car and I would like to run some checks to make sure theres nothing owed against the car etcetera. Any re recommendations which is the best check to go for please. I'm seeing costs varying from £1.99 up to £30.

I use vcar for 9.99, shows up any salvage auctions etc, report is good and clear.

I’ve put it into a search engine and also in FB but nothing comes up that is like an HPI check.
