BMW E46 ticking/squeak (video)

The other day I was driving my E46 and it started raining so me being a idiot and got the wheels spinning,
about 10 minutes after this my rear shock bolt came loose and had some weird sounds, tightened it back up but still have this horrible noise around the centre console area but it’s really hard to pinpoint it

No idea what it is, seems to do it when driving straight and left, when turning right it stops.

recently done discs and pads all round so maybe this has something to do with it? Spun the the front wheels to see if the front bearings are gone but all seem fine, any ideas?

sounds like a rotating type noise have a look at centre support prop shaft mounting or the propshaft guibo.
also check input shaft or release bearing in gearbox.
