Same posters petty arguing time and time again?

I can no way call myself a PH veteran yet, in many members eye's I'm probably still a 'noob', but I have quickly noticed on PH discussions that it seems to be the same names who get in to petty name calling personal attack arguments. (Especially in News/Politics section)

Is there a block list on PH so that I can filter out the nonsense, and block individuals who demonstrate far too often their conversational immaturity and who quickly start wetting their prams?

Gladly I've not (yet) been involved in any PH personal attacks (as far as I know), but it looks like for some, its their only reason for coming on here which makes it only a matter of time before somebody takes a dislike to my comments and dummies start to get spit out.

There are indeed many that make the site tedious now, some seem to be on the spectrum or have something else wrong with them where they have to try and find any angle to prove they are right.

Probably the sort of people you'd avoid in real life.

The forum needs an overhaul IMO, with an easily accessible ignore function being made available as one of the changes.

. cut and paste,

Thread has got a lot better since the vocal minority (<1%?) stopped trying to bully people of the thread. There is actual discussion there now. Good to see.

For that reason, I think an ignore button would be great.
