Whats the latest time a delivery parcel has turned up.

For me just now, 22.45 Amazon. I'd given up on the parcel tonight and gone to bed but a quick knock on the door and the parcel left on the step. Thats some dedication, he's probably been at it since this morning.

9pm for me. The guys lorry had broken down and they could only move the stuff over once there was a free lorry. It was a wooden door

Not the latest time but rather the earliest, my BIL had a package delivered to my in laws that somehow turned up at 5.45am.

I once had a couple of CD's delivered to me from Amazon that arrived around 8pm, one rainy night.

Official guidelines are 20:30 for last delivery. But it certainly gets stretched given just how busy it is atm

Slightly off topic I placed an order on the 23/06/2020 still waiting! no tracking number supplied,but apologies saying it,s on it,s way with Royal Mail who are unreachable at present due to Covid

Ordered a textbook for the kidda after 10pm Friday night, out for delivery within 2 hrs.

Delivered before 11am Saturday. Just over 12 hrs from order to letterbox.

Flipping impressive really not sure how they do it and it's a semi urban area.

I suppose the Amazon logistics hub about 10 miles away helps.

I ordered something from amazon to be delivered to a local shop counter, ordered it late evening on a Monday, paid £2 for delivery by 5-6 days later, next day get a notification that its out for delivery and was at the shop by 3pm, i picked it up on the way home from work at 4.

£2 next day delivery!

More than happy with that.

We get Amazon stuff certainly after 21:00, but I don't recall it ever being after 22:00. We have electric gates that call my phone when the button is pressed, so I tend to be aware of all deliveries, but annoyingly so does the dog, who now goes bonkers every time my phone rings.

I'm more of a night owl, so it's the early deliveries that bug me. Nobody should be up at 06:00 driving vans full of parcels about. Get some sleep! And if there really were two five o'clocks in the day I'd have seen it by now.

It's not a job that I could do. Paying for your own petrol/Long tiering days/Travelling miles upon miles/Not finishing till 22:00 at night.

Badly paid self-employed sods working all hours. Its why I try to use John Lewis and other retailers first, with Amazon as a last resort.
