Cayenne Brembo caliper siezed

Hi all, my 2008 Cayenne Turbo front Brembo caliper is seized. Had it at local garage and free'd up however says best to get either another caliper or get the caliper serviced.

Spoke to a chap at 'Big red' and the service kit is £99, so now just to get someone in the Glasgow area than can do the refurb.

Can anyone recommend anyone/place to do the refurb? thanks.
