is this a good deal on Ebay
Discussion
I would want more detail on the other two lenses before I bought it. The 28-80mm is literally crap, and costs just £30 (or therabouts) from Warehouse express. Unless the 24-40 and 80-200 are good-uns then I wouldn't bother - certainly not at the buy it now price!
Ask the seller to detail exactly what the lenses are - proper model numbers, not just the focal length.

Well lets see
Nikon D70 body - Looks Ok. What age is it?
28-80mm lens - This is regarded as a crappy lens. The lens of choice is the 18-70 Nikon lens that came with the D70 as a kit also.
20-40mm wide angle lens - This looks like a Sigma lens
80-200mm telephoto lens - Is the an ED or a G lens
Hi-spec Speedshot Flash (one of the best flahses you can get before going up to pro flashes). Onlt SB 600 and SB800 flashes utilise the options available to the D70
also includes:
512Mb CompactFlash card
Jumpshot card reader (no power needed, it reads the cards and runs via USB into your computer). Only good for Lexar CF Cards
The rest of the stuff is standard stuff
Keep in mind that you can get a new D70 kit with the nice 18-70 lens for £689 from www.ajelectronics.co.uk/ViewProdDetails.asp?Prod_code=PON03I000004
An SB600 flash can be had for around £180
The other lenses can be obtained from ebay for less than the £500 odd that is left from the £1400
If you get in quick there is a £100 cashback with the D70 & 18-70 lens

Nikon D70 body - OK
28-80mm lens - sell on for £30
20-40mm wide angle lens - Sigma, looks good.
80-200mm telephoto lens - Nikkor, worth a bit.
Hi-spec Speedshot Flash - A WHAT? Looks like an SB800 to me, in which case good. Never heard of Nikon Speedshot!
512Mb CompactFlash card - no big deal
Jumpshot card reader (no power needed, it reads the cards and runs via USB into your computer). - free with Lexar CF but can be useful.
And hard carry case with custom-cut foam and six compartments (Jessops, worth £50.) OK if you want it.
Takes high res RAW NEF files to A4 size. - s'funny, I can make mine any size I want
Ask yourself how much of the kit you actually want. You might be OK if you re-sell the parts you don't. A lot of the cost is that 80-200 I think.
