Where can I get new door seals (mine are split where they meet the hood)?

I have boot seal but I don't know if this is the same stuff>

I also would like to replace some old dodgy bits of door trim. Anyone got an idea as to exactly which part number the Griff seals are from the Woolies Trim Site
