Hi All,

Does anyone use any online software for creating brochures for new clients? I've looked at the likes of Qwilr but they seem very expensive and not very flexible. We need to be able to password protect it and get some analytics! Nothing seems quite right.....

in a similar vein....

Customer on-boarding currently involves filling out a 15 page very in-depth questionnaire about their business- its all manual and is either filled in by the customer or by one of our sales team. Its very inefficient as we then type all this information up into a word document. I'd like to automate some of this (for example 10% of the information requested is publicly available via API) but also make it available as an online tool so that lots of people could work on it real time. How do we achieve this? we've look at survey software and forms software but all seem a little too simplistic and insecure. I feel like I'm being relly stupid and that this should be obviously achievable!

Have you looked at the likes of Proposify or Better Proposals for the online brochure?

As for on-boarding, I'd look at putting in place a CRM system, one that you can integrate a registration form.

Using something like Adobe Sign can be cost effective and provide a binding, signed doc. Parts of the form can be pre-filled by you and others by the client. All secure. No doubt if you want to spend more it'll also be APIable.

Thanks Both

We've got a CRM system (well will have soon) but our choices are somewhat limited by the nature of how we work (ie salesforce just doesn't fit our business model), so we're using either VTiger or Apptivo (both smaller indian based offerings). hadn't thought about using a system that interlinks with them, but that's a great idea, might need to use another program with an API feeding the crm though as we just don't have the right tools in either crm!

Even if it's just a case of using a Form Builder platform (FormStack, WuFoo, Gravity, Google Forms, TypeForm, etc) and then have that feed your CRM via API, or even just email you and then you have someone copy and paste into the CRM.

Incidentally, HubSpot has a HubSpot form builder solution that directly integrates with it.
