Very close to pulling the trigger on this: https://www.christopherward.com/motorsport/c65-am-...

Just wondering if anyone knows of similar looking alternatives at a similar price point (£500) that might be worth checking out before I commit? I have skinny wrists, so prefer 40mm and under!

It’s annoying when people answer these by seemingly ignoring the budget, but I like this Longines Conquest. RRP is a grand but available for £740. It’s a looker from a good brand.

I just got an email yesterday from CW regarding early access to their sale and I'm sure this watch was in. Think the sale goes live tomorrow would be worth holding on anyway.

At the very least they often have 15% or £100 off vouchers they send out.

Yea, I've had a few CW watches in the past and got the email too. This is on it, but it's not on sale - it's a "special buy", they've just put this in the product blurb:

This special buy limited edition, created especially for our July Sale, is £300 below the price it would normally be as we want to (gear!) shift the last of our 251.264 movements.
I do think it's a good price!

I had a £100 off voucher, but it expired 2 weeks ago and was only on any watch above £500! Might see if I can pick up a voucher on eBay or something.

Suppose that is fair enough if they are doing it at a discounted price to get rid of the movements. Lots of people on hear seem to be really impressed with CW quality for the money. I have never owned one but have been very close to picking up the new Trident on occasion.

I you think it's a good price and like the watch nothing wrong with treating yourself

Precidrive quartz accurate to +/- 10 sec year.

I’ve got a DS podium chrono auto and the quality is excellent.
