Audio Q3 fuel filler flap won't open.

Hi all.

As per the title, went to fuel up for the first time since lockdown began and found my fuel filler flap won't open. I've tried the manual release located behind the panel in the boot with no success. Squirted some WD-40 behind the flap but still won't open. Obviously I don't want to force it and risk damage.

Does anyone have any other suggestions, or will I need to contact the dealer? It's a 65 plate in case that matters.

Broken solenoid - needs a new one and surround (the surround breaks on removal).
