Could anyone recommend some on ear or over ear headphones which are noise cancelling for under £300?

Sevenoaks Sound and Vision in their clearance area have some excellent deals on exactly what you seek.

Let us know if you choose the Sony's or the Bowers and Wilkins?

Maybe worth knowing the Sony XM3s are due an imminent upgrade (XM4?).

I like my Sennheiser PXC 550's.

They were mid-high 200's - now a lot less.

Quite far under budget but I bought some JBL 600BTNC headphones last week to replace some 5 year old worn everyday Philips FM headphones.

I was initially going to get some Sony WH-700Ns which my girlfriend already had, but i tried them and they sounded terrible compared to my previous Philips ones.

The JBL ones are leagues better in sound quality.

The headband is quite tight on my head atm so hoping it will stretch a bit and become more comfortable.

I actually went for Beoplay H9i’s

I nearly went for the Sony’s as the Sevenoaks had them for excellent price but I’ve always had a soft spot for the beoplays and got them for a good price

Same. Really chuffed with them. I'm not sure the noise cancelling is as good as the sonys but they look far better. The brushed Alu is really nice

That’s really good to hear. Looking forward to them coming!
