Just a quickie. Someone got caught speeding in company van, sent off all the gumph and they told me the information has gone away for prosicution.

Since then I've moved. I've re-registered the van at new address etc. Should I call them and tell them as I obviously won't get it in the post unless they look up the registered keeper again?

If the info was correct when supplied,I think I'd be inclined to 'keep my head below the parapet',if you get my drift!
My son was named on a company car oover 3 yeaqrs ago and during the time it took the NIP to get there he had moved away. He heard no more, but then, he did move to France to work for 9 months. The interesting thing is that they never re-contacted the registered keeper for new information - if they had it would have been supplied.

I'll keep you posted - this could be the new way out! Ironically, I phoned them and asked what I should do, there reply, call this number and explain to such and such. The number she gave me didn't exist!
