Used R8 V8 Future Values
Discussion
Afternoon all.
Does anyone have any recent experience with used Audi R8 values?
In the very fortunate position of running a company car for daily duties, and have just sold my M235i as I wanted to go for something that should hold its value a little better whilst it's not doing loads of miles etc.
Been looking at Manual V8 R8s and feel that values have been pretty steady for a while now. Can anyone confirm this or is it just wishful thinking!?

Agree I think these aren't going to go much lower imo. I was in a similar situation wondering if to get one, but given company car changes I needed more of a family hauler therefore decided to get a C63 AMG (6.2) as I think these are also going to hold firm in the coming years.
Something else to consider is an Aston V8 Vantage which I think won't depreciate much.
Of course I could be massively wrong.

Agree with the sentiment that recent depreciation has been slow for these.
Checking this article from 2015, it says "Yours for: £39,995 to £119,995" for the V8, presumably the range of cars that were on PH then.

Looking on AT now, the cheapest non-Cat S/D car is £31k, so maybe the early cars are down £9k in the last five years. I feel like I've looked a year or two ago and they were starting at low-30s then, so I think that's slowed down.
In the normal course of things I'd expect them to hold their value. Buying any car right now is a bit of a gamble given all the economic uncertainty (done to death on another thread), but I think they look like a relatively sensible choice. Actually their prices seem to be very similar trajectory to their contemporary the GT-R, another fairly slow depreciator.
