Hotels near Portsmouth

Hi chaps 
My good lady and I are heading to Spain in October and I’m looking for a bike friendly hotel (so secure parking I.e. underground) near Portsmouth to stay at.
Does anyone have any recommendations? I mean if it’s outside of Portsmouth centre I’m less worried about it being underground etc.
Any suggestions would be greatly received.
