I failed to find a set for my previous Rapide - so just used some £10 Lidl ones in the back...! I had rejected the £350 AM one's first mind - I found them flimsy and crumply and with poor fixings. I sent a company some paper templates for the Rapide but they lost them. I've tried a French company doing nice stuff for about £120 but they only do LHD. I just a coachtrimmers who will do me some lovely ones - black leather bindings and red stitching - but they are well over £500!

Any ideas guys - other than buying my own mat factory?!biggrin

I bought some from here earlier this year, about £90. Very pleased with them, near perfect fit (better than Aston own mats I had in my 2006 car) and thick/stiff enough didnt need to bother with any fasteners. The black matched the carpet in my 2012 Vantage.

That looks great Bogie - had seen them but never clicked. Carmats4u sounded a bit low rent - but the product looks good!

I thought the same, they have such a wide range from £20 budget upwards, I decided to take a gamble and they worked out great. Quality good enough to not look out of place with carpet already in the car and a good fit. No unncessary labels, fixings or anything, I didnt bother with any heel pad etc, if that area wears more over the years it will be time for some new mats.

I bought some from Autostyle. The quality is excellent, as was the price.

God I'm fussy! They don't do a black mat with black leather binding and single red stitch! And I'm not sure about the faux carbon fibre heel plate one with 'carbon' edging which I can get in a double stitch. 1st bl00dy world etc... wink

Autostyle don't do a red stitch either - but I called them and yes of course they do... Ordered - £67.

Now what fine design detail can I worry about next wink

Strange! Must have changed. You describe the exact mats I had made.

And please no to any CF on a mat!!!!!

Check Auto Style... (based in Milton Keynes)

Fully customisable and great quality tailored to the car. They did mine for my TVR complete with own logo and heel plates.

That's who I used - will show a pic when they come. Needed to bell them to get a red stitch.

I had these custom made to mirror the stitching on my lightweight seats. Alcantara centres but they were £400.

Really super thick though and fully replace the standard front mats rather than laying over the top

That looks really nice indeed - not a horrendous price for something fully bespoke compared to the AM ones.
