Lease car problems

Hi hope some one can help...
I have a 2018 golf gti on a 3 year lease plan.
Car has developed a problem were all passenger side electrics will not work door locks windows mirror etc..
Car was reported with fault on 06/07/20 to leasing company and earliest can be looked at is 24/07/20.
Now my maIn concern is car Is unusable as unable to secure as passengers door will not lockI have left car in my own locked garage until the 24-07/20..
Have emailed leasing company about this and I shouldn’t have to pay for lease for that period as unable to use car
Have had no reply from them
Any tips about my next course of action

Have you tried calling them? Like you say, I'd either want money off the lease or for the to arrange alternative transport as long as your Golf is out of action.
