Alcon disc wear

My local Porsche specialist says that my front discs near replaced. There is slight cracks in the discs ? Does this sound correct as I have seen a few posts saying this is normal.
Brakes function normally..

Not to sure ? I think it was 30mm?

Their fine, if the cracks go to the outer edge then they need changed but by those pics they’ve a lot of life left in them
