Door won't open!

Got back to my car to drive home and couldn't get in. :( The window drops like it's going to open but the handle doesn't do anything - I opened the passenger door, leaned over and opened it fine from the inside.


I thought it might be ok by the time I got home (naive I know) but nope - it's still refusing to work...

Any suggestions?

If it still opens from the inside then it sounds like the actual door mechanism is OK, just the linkage from the exterior handle has either broken or disconnected. Sounds like a trip to someone in the know though - personally wouldn't fancy taking any trim off myself - couldn't trust myself to get it back on properly.
