Tag Heuer F1 WAU111A

I've been looking to buy myself a watch for a while now and have seen a black faced Tag F1 WAU111A that I like. It fits and isn't dwarfed by my hands which, I am told, are 'like shovels'. Also I really like the styling, although I would have preferred a dark blue dial.

It's coming from a trusted seller but has no box or papers so is priced accordingly at circa £500. I'm just wondering is it money well spent or are there better buys for the money? I hoped that the Tag would retain its value too?

The price seems fair depending on condition and age.
If you are buying it to wear, box and papers don't matter.
It's probably lost all the value it ever will.
If you like it, it's you that will be wearing it and sod awhat anyone else thinks.

My advice would be to look for, and buy, a mechanical watch and not a quartz.
