Just saw a couple of 20 plate, very low mileage (25 miles) Alfa Giulia diesel being advertised by Pentagon Lincoln which is not an Alfa franchised dealer. Obviously the 3 year warranty is there, but the usual "manufacturer approved" badge is not , is this a concern for such a new car?

Also, just curious what sort of circumstance would lead to such a newish car being sold by a non-franchise dealer?

Pentagon recently dropped Jeep / Alfa by closing their Doncaster dealership. Likely washing out their last adopted stocks.

Pentagon also have an Alfa dealer in group ( Doncaster? )
Most likely Pentagon Alfa have pre-reg'd some cars or bought a pack from the importer and have spread them around the group to give greater visibility.

ETA: sie (above) has more inside track!

This makes sense. I assume the lack of "manufacturer approved" badge doesn't really matter for a car this new and still in original warranty?
