Will be having a serious look at this one tomorrow, and would appreciate any comments - not sure myself, but it is lovely car: one owner, full service history and no accident damage.

Silver exterior, white interior...

I think it looks great - especially in the sun. Not sure how well it would suit a wet day in Romford.

PS: It sounds better if you call it Silver and Ivory as opposed to white - which is for BMWs

One of the best colours. Hope the car is as promising as the advert suggests.

Thanks for the comments - points taken about the colour (Platinium silver and Ivory, tasty )

Only setback is the fact that it apparently doesn't have CATS - I know the UK XJRs came as standard with it, but apparently it was an option in Belgium. Would really have liked to have that but the question then is: Would you buy an XJR without CATS??

Looks great!

No CATs is a bit of a downer though. However, I personally wasn't that keen on CATS's. Could you fit a conventional sports suspension upgrade?

It is a bit strange, pale exterior and pale interior, normally one would play off the other ie dark exterior and ivory, or silver with black.

However, I think it looks absolutely marvellous.

well i'd buy it, looks very tidy, and lets face it does it matter what colour you call it as long as it looks good who cares.

Well I think it looks fantastic but I'm biased as that looks like my xjr.The Platinum exterior looks good even if covered in grime unlike darker colours. The interior I was worried that it might be wrong especially with 2 girls (1 year old and 2 year old)but so far so good as the leather wipes down easier than you think. As for the CATS it does make a big difference when really pressing on but maybe comfort is slightly compromised?

MMmh! Dun'no LA, "space age" may be good for the XKR/8 but the XJR/8? surely not. It's a "gentlemans carriage", and would lose it's British character I think to change to the chrome and carbon fibre "machinen" look of the german cars.

And as for the car piccy?.........Aaaah! ce' est magnifique!!!
