Any opticians in the house?

One of my teenage children needs glasses with prisms to correct an exophoria. Prism is 3 and 2.

Buying sports glasses is tricky and expensive, not helped by our optician who I suspect is quite pricy. There is also a bit of an attitude of “you’ll have what I stock and you’ll like it”

We have seen some Oakley youth full frame glasses at another optician, who I warm to more than our current one.

Apparently Oakley is very expensive for jobs like this. Though the estimate is not miles away from what we paid for junior Nike frames.

My hunch is that there is a “go to” maker that we have yet to discover that does suitable frames that can be glazed by an independent lab.

Any pointers ref makers or, for that matter, general youth sports glasses advice, gratefully received.
