Energy Assessor and recent green grant announcement

Hi all hope your well,
What with the recent green homes grant announcement I am curious what effect it will have for domestic energy assessors who produce EPCs. This is something as I do as a side line and I am trying to weigh up whether it is worth putting more time into this if it could take off in September when the scheme goes live. I heard that to be eligible for the grant you will need an up to date energy performance certificate to reflect the current performance of the property. (Great - as this is what I do ). Meaning thousands of properties will want the survey doing at once,
There was also the recent launch of retrofit assessor pas 2035 - which I don’t know a huge amount about , could someone please fill me in ? As a DEA fairly easy to obtain I believe,
