Bit of an odd one for you here.

I own 2 cars, a Polo and the Tiger. The Tiger's insured, registered (on the V5) and kept at my parent's address as they have a garage. It's always been kept there and never anywhere else unless I'm attending a show.

During the week I live in a flat and come home at weekends. As it's the daily hank, the Polo's insured, registered (on the V5) and kept at the flat's address.

My licence is registered to my parents address. I'm not sure if this is all ok? Anyone care to comment?

I think you'll need to read the small print of your insurance policies to find out.

From what you've said, it all seems you've done the right thing but if the ins co need to squeeze out of a claim, they will refer to the small print.

Anyone care to comment on what a BiB might think?

Suspect you might officially need to register your flat's address on your license as its your main residence, but as any post to your folks will get to you within a week I reckon it would take a right jobsworth to pull you up on that one.

The cars are registered correctly it would seem.

If there is no intention to deceive anyone then how could it be an offence. You are entitled to have more than one home and to use whichever address is most convenient. The car registered at each address is, presumably, normally kept there or can be traced to there if necessary (e.g. after a serious accident).

I'm not intending on deceiving anyone and am contactable at both address

It's a bit sad really, but the only reason I've kept my licence at my parents address is because it's an old fashioned paper one which I like Don't fancy having to have an EU photo card type one just yet.

I'll double check my insurance docs just to be sure though.
