Street View in Google Maps gone. iPhone.

It was ok yesterday, but now seems to have disappeared. There was an app update yesterday, perhaps that’s taken the feature away or there’s a box I need to tick.

Any idea what I need to do?

Works for me. Just updated this morning.

I just press and hold my finger on the map for a second - a red pin appears and street view is there.

It’s back on. I didn’t change anything. Strange!

Gone again. And it looks like it’s a common problem. I’ve downloaded the dedicated app, but that’s just horrible.

And the internet just continues to get worse.

Just checked. Street view isn’t working for me neither.

Some areas it seems to work... others it doesn’t.

The google maps app has steadily got worse over the last few years.

Clever! Love it when companies make something good, worse!

It looks like it’s all back to normal now. Phew.
