Tornado 31 Boat (70s)

I just wondered if anyone has any experience of a 1970s Tornado 31? (Made in Spain I think)

I am thinking about buying one as my first bigger sailing boat as one has come up for sale locally. Bit of a fixer upper.

I need a forgiving boat. This will be the first boat I would keep in a marina and just used for local weekend cruising.
