2004 Volvo V70 2.4 diesel Estate?

I don't really want or need another daily but been offered a beautiful 1 owner (friends elderly father) V70 estate which would be useful for load carrying occasionally and at a proper bargain price going by adverts for similar.
It's a 2004 2.4 diesel, I know nothing of these cars other than they seem to take astronomical mileage with ease. It's got 65k on clock and fsh, hardly a mark on it. Auto, full leather/cruise/ phone prep etc. Classic in the making!
Anyway what do I need to know timing belt wise/faults etc? Road tax will be minty I guess?

Passed on this one as a 4x4 is more useful but a friend bought it anyway it was too good to miss.
