If you call Caerbont on 01639 732200, you may well find that they can make you one to match the gauges on your car.
Alternatively, may I suggest that you can get any number of plug in volt meters off EBay that will go in your fag lighter socket, if it's volts you are interested in. Many of them also give you a couple of USB charging points as well.
Ebay number 233644713836 is a good example.
I would fit an oil temperature gauge if I was wanting to add a gauge to the dash, or if you are interested in the air/fuel ratio, and AFR gauge. Caerbont make both of those.

The latter two will need the correct sender

I bought a voltmeter from TVR Parts and fitted it in place of the clock (which was broken anyway). It's a good colour match for the other clocks, and has the right font and logo.
I figured I didn't need two clocks as the radio head unit has one in it too. I obviously didn't need to cut any more holes in the dash, or interfere with the wiring for things like lighting. That said from memory there were spares for those in the main instrument harness behind the clocks. It may be that the Chim and the Griff shared the same harness. Dunno.
The only thing you need to figure out is where you take the +ve feed for the meter from. I chose not to run mine back to the battery - I ended picking up from the harness into the stereo, which was measuring the same volts as the battery positive.
