Audi R8 V8 Le Mans Edition - Good Buy?

Hi All

Im looking for an R8 as a weekend car and I have come across one that is a Le Mans Edition.

Whats everyones thoughts on these.

Does it being the Le Mans edition make it any more desirable and is there a premium you should be paying.

Will it hold its value any better than a normal R8.

The one Im looking at is a late 2012, 39K miles, full Audi service history, they are looking for 46K ono

Whats everyones thoughts on the price is it on the money?

The article below might help. It was basically just a well specced R8, and even though it was a limited run it's no more sought after than a regular R8. I had one and thought the small visual differences (red brake calipers and dark titanium alloys) really enhanced the look. Absolutely brilliant car and I enjoyed all 30,000 miles I did in it.

They are fantastic cars. If you haven't already then have a look on R8talk.com and there are a couple of decent R8 owners groups on Facebook too.
