Covid-19 would you trust a non UK approved Vaccine.
Discussion
Just read this on the BBC News about Russia having a vaccine ready for October, if it became available to the UK would you take it.

Apart from the UK which other country would you trust.

I live in Canada so the. point is moot. I would take an approved Canadian or FDA ( US) approved vaccine.
If the Russian were to be approved, would do.
I will volunteer for the experimental vaccine tests though...there are proper test programs being instituted now..double blind volume tests, so of course you do not know if you get the real product or a placebo. Somewhere along the way there will be a need for people to try these vaccines to determine their efficacy. Like anything there are unknown side effects but it is worth the risk if it helps to find the answer for the population as a whole.

Any vqccine made available in the UK would, by definition, be approved for the UK by the MHRA.
Exactly. The next question is would the (government-funded) Russian lab that developed this even make that MAA application to the MHRA or the FDA?
Having done a few applications in Russia the Russian Regulatory authorities are some of the most awkward I've had to deal with (especially their GMP requirements). I bet this application is the smoothest that anyone has ever witnessed
