When making large purchases, what offers the best buyer protection if a dispute with a retailer occurs?

I'm about to make a purchase around two thousand with a company However due to the current climate, I'm not sure which payment method would offer me the best protection, in terms of disputes or if I had an issue with the product. Especially if the company was to file for liquidation.

My options are paying with the following payments;

Visa via my Debit card
Mastercard via credit card
Amazon Pay

Don't know about Amazon pay, but a credit card gives protection against insolvency (and other stuff)

I've had a credit card for 43 years, and in that time raised 3 claims for help (2 this year!), all successful.
