MK 7.5 Golf R DSG issues

So the other day I launched my car in a car park and after launching my car, I got the overheating gearbox warning on the dash. I immediately turned the car off and let it cool down. After an Hour I tried driving and noticed that the negative gears weren’t working or they were struggling to change or put the power down. So gear 1,3,5,7 are pretty much none existent.


I ran a diagnostic on my OBDeleven and it said that Cluth 1 closed unintentionally and Clutch 1 function restricted.

Can anyone care to explain what happened and how I can fix this?
