Hi All,

I wasn't looking for a new time piece but a shop local to me (charity shop) has one of these in:

https://www.chisholmhunter.co.uk/tissot-t-trend-qu...

It was priced at £100 but the top left chronograph isn't working, so i think they are going to revise the price. I was just wondering what would be a good price for it, and servicing wise, what the cost would be on one of these, or if there is another reason the chronograph on the top left might not be working?

I think its been stored a while, so might just be that, but i wanted opinions before i commit to buy.

Thank you
James

£25 would be about right and unless it's an easy fix, given the RRP it's probably not worth the cost of getting sorted.

i was thinking the same to be honest. Not overly fussed on the chronos working as i dont use them really so as long as the watch worked but i think price wise i was thinking along the same lines, i just didn't want to appear overly harsh in my offer so unless the price is attractive, i wont bother.

Thank you

You need to be ruthless with charity shops, it's part of the fun.

A new movement would only be about £25, I’m guessing it’s a Ronda 5030.
