I know this usually goes in P&P but thought this one should go in here.

I keep seeing a Merc SL (500 I think) with the registration

[big]TTL1[/big]

How good is that for a photographer. Anyone know who it is by any chance?

No, a Canon user would have OCR 4P, spaced thus O CR4P.

Setting myself up for mockery here, but what the heck has TTL1 got to do with photography?

Wedgewood China with a "smiley" pattern, perhaps?

We should try out a TLA-test on SLR, TTL and TLR related photo matters to see who we can fox (talbot) - just an idea that flash-ed into my mind.....

Of course not, a CLUD member would drive a TVR or 406. One for pose and one to transport all his equipment and his Golf Clubs
