As someone living in the U.K.
I tried uploading a gift card and pay with that balance but it also requires a valid US credit card.
Can I get a prepaid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Union Pay) without a US address/passport?

Amazon visa would be the logical choice, if they'll issue you one
