It’s one of the Seiko 5 models. My son wants one with a black and red dial. He has also seen one with a jubilee style bracelet.

Has anyone seen one at a dealer with the above spec please?

I think it's a blue dial...sure it's not the bezel? These are very popular with modders, could he have seen a mod somewhere? Strap's no problem, you could add a jubilee yourself if required.

Where it was made: Japan or Korea. But practically? Nothing but price.
