I just gave it a go but i was unsure of timing so i cut the steak up and did the bits one at a time to see what would happen.
I put the first chunk in for 3 mins at 190 degrees and it came out quite nice, but the inside was a bit over done so i did the next one for 2:30 mins and it was better.
It turns out the sweet spot is two minutes. You get a good crispy outer and still some redness on the inside.
