I'll be interested to see if (nominative determinism rules) Jemma Dicks' argument is accepted. We don't, and won't, know all the facts, but I can see her argument. I bet part of the plan is the cost of the appeals. Ms Dicks appears to be the type of person who won't let go if she gets her teeth into an argument and will fight until the death. It's expensive.

Which of the serious crimes are you referring to, having a blow job in private or taking a photo of somebody's feet with their permission?

Er, can I just say that not all were. I'd like to put real emphasis on that.

Further, I'm not sure you fully understand the implications of the reduction in manning levels, specifically with regards patrol vehicles.

Just to repeat, we weren't 'all at it' in my day. You know, to be clear on the matter.

Don't think human nature changes too much between occupations.

You may have a point about opportunities. The police often spend more times together than their partners.

I'd also suggest shared experiences of extreme stressful experiences creates strong bonds.
