Just got back from the movie. It seemed to scare the local totty to death as well as provide some laughs in a twisted sort of way. Good cast, including Phillip Seymour Hoffman!

Marranello, have you seen Manhunter, the original screenplay of the Red Dragon book? It's worth a look if you haven't.
Directed by Michael Mann (Miami Vice) with Brian Cox playing Lecter superbly.
Better than Silence of the Lambs in my opinion as all the violence is on your imagination rather than on the screen.
