Power of Attorney for relative suffering from dementia

If you have concerns as to how a person is discharging their power of attorney in respect of a relative who is suffering from dementia do you have any remedies or paths to resolution?

This would be a case where the power of attorney is held by a sibling. for her mother. The concern would relate to them acting in the best interests of the parent & sharing account details with others.

If not Scottish, then https://www.gov.uk/courts-tribunals/court-of-prote... You may need to use a fairly specialist solicitors, but the Court might be your first point of contact if it's an obvious breach of trust. You may also want to involve your local social care team.
