I've ordered a small SUV from the VW group that's currently sold with a £2500 PCP deposit contribution over and above dealer discounts - this and the dealers discount = £4640 off list, near enough 20% off.

I've got the money to pay for it outright but the cash price is more than the PCP price, but money saved is money saved, and there's also a cut price 2yr service pack offer too AND the manufacturer is paying the first 3 months PCP payments (£939) direct to VWFS - apparently not deferred, but paid for.

So, do I withdraw from the agreement within the 14 days, or do I wait for those 3 payments to be made and then get a settlement figure?

I'd wait let them make the payments & then settle but check that there's not a penalty clause for paying up early.

I don't think (note think) they can penalise you or withdraw incentives if you clear it early. I think that would contravene the Consumer Credit Act.

BUT I'm just a random bloke on the internet.
