Hi all I've deleted the heater matrix on my e36 track car and not long after its started overheating by blowing back through the expansion tank. Might be coincidental I suppose.
I've by passed the matrix and the pipe seems to be flowing ok though it does have a piece of copper pipe at 90 degrees to make this happen, the car ticks over no problem but when driven hard it only lasts a lap before its pouring out the expansion tank
Any Idea people

have you made sure you have all the air out o the system? I used to get this on my race bike if I'd not got all the air out, when it pressurises it shoots fluid out of the expansion tank

Thanks for your reply yes I have bled many times and it seems all the air is out
