Cheddar Gorge - beware

Went for a blast on my bike last night and discovered that loose gravel has been "applied" to the surface half way up Cheddar Gorge. I discovered this while making keen progress and nearly lost the front end of the bike :yikes:. Luckily nothing was coming the other way. Surely the council should be at least obliged to put warning signs up?!!

If they're responsible then they probably should. Phone them up and complain.
