Hi all

I don't know whether I'm being a bit thich but I am at the end of my tether big time here.

I am trying to get my little lad's Switch/minecraft account on line but it just keeps saying its connecting but does nothing.

Also, it says about linking to Microsoft but when we click it says it can't connect yet it hasn't asked for my credentials.

Also when I have my nephew over to play his switch and to get them connected, I just can't get it to work despite on either device I can see the other is on line and they are connected etc

I find Switch completely unfathomable. Does anyone else?

Hmm, was straightforward on my Switch. Maybe your router is blocking it?

Thanks. I'll delete the settings and re enter.

Albeit this was on PS4 but I had to create a new Microsoft account, sign into the Xbox Live website to accept some terms and conditions and then sign in on the console itself.

The site is here: https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/live

Might be worth just putting the Microsoft account details in there and see if it will log you in.

Thanks all. My wife has now sorted but I have to say, it was ridiculously difficult to sort.
