Mercedes C220 CDI (W204) Estate - buying tips

Currently in the market for a circa 2012 Mercedes C class estate.
Most likely after a C220 CDI, although would entertain models above that - not below it though.
Is there any particular issues I should be looking out for in these cars? As I understand it, corroded brakes lines is one thing to watch for - anything else?
Do they take the mileage well? Most examples I’m seeing are in to the 120k+ sort of miles - what should I be looking to have been done around this mileage and is there any red flags to look for?
