Battery 718 Cayman

Hi all..
My battery is ok ..but I've had the car since 4/17 and it's only done 11k so its often not used ....I'm wondering which battery you might recommend ...who makes the one in the car for Porsche..is it any good? I've seen some Halfords ones for about 180 ..90 amp ..5 year guarantee..up to 350.000 starts...

If you want to extend the warranty I believe you’ll have to buy an overpriced Porsche branded one from an OPC.

If not then plenty of choice and far more reasonably priced. I think Porsche use Banner:

If keeping the warranty you'll need their battery. Why change it if showing no signs of going? Are you able to put a battery conditioner on it?

Thanks ..I'm jumping the gun somewhat but suppose the supplied one isn't great and wont last much over 3 years ...I've got a small Clio and that battery has been fine for 6 years but may be a decent make like Bosch ..I've never heard of this make they put in the car ....false economy as usual like the rubbish Pirellis 🙄.Thanks for info
