M140i Coolant Issues

Hello, I own a 2018 M140i and had it serviced by BMW not too long ago.

Today I checked the coolant on both the tanks and found the level to be way above max. The charge tank coolant was so high some came out when I undid the cap. The engine was stone cold and hadn't been started in over a day.

I ran the car for 5 minutes and then checked the level, both tanks still above max but the level was not as high as it was.

I'm after help on what might be the issue. I was going to syphon the coolant out but not sure if I should. I assume it is also best not to drive the car?

I'm not very mechanical so bare with.

I'm not sure on the B58 but with most cars, having too much coolant will just mean that it vents through an overflow when the car warms up. I don't think it can do any damage as the car will just get rid of it. Hopefully someone can confirm the same on the B58.
