2.0 bi tdi tuning options

I'm getting rapidly sick of the lack of go in my van, its supposed to have 180ps, but it feels only as quick as a base model sprinter so its time to void the warranty.
What are good tuning options for the 2.0 bi tdi.
it doesn't have an intercooler, only a chargecooler and it looks like that is fed off the engine coolant so cant be doing much, it certainly always feels hot. Maybe a secondary coolant loop with a motorbike rad for that or would a big fmic be better?
How much torque can the zf 8 speed auto take?
