I really should know this but for some reason cant figure it out.

In W10 I have a folder and want to put sub folders in there name after the months of the year. So Jan 20, Feb 20 etc.
Is there a way to sort them so they are in calendar order not alphabetical or date modified?

what he said.

or if your folders are 'text based' I prefix them with AA to ZZ so you can space them out and add levels where needed in the middle,

Easiest is to create the folders in order i.e. Jan 2020 first, and Dec 2020 last. Then, under view, list by creation date in ascending order. Job done smile

Works fine if you're sure you won't be adding folders afterwards that need to go somewhere in between.
