Anybody else caught this on BBC2 or iPlayer? I can't decide whether it's genius or bks (or a bit of both). Certainly has its moments though with some cringe/laugh out loud scenes, particularly in the cross channel ferry episode.

I caught the trailer with Lee Mack etc and thought it would be worth a look.- very disappointed in the first episode, absolute drivel IMO.

I lasted about ten minutes and switched it off as it was dross

I thought the first episode rattled along sufficiently quickly that you didn't get time to wonder whether it was any good. Episode 2 was a bit slower and a bit crappier.
